Clearwater Youth Football and Cheer, in collaboration with Clearwater High School Head Coach Jake Bjostad, proudly brings the message of We > Me to our program.

We believe strong athletic programs are built by strong communities. When we put the team above the individual, we create a culture that develops character, leadership, and lasting success in any sport.

We are incredibly thankful for our partnership with the next level of competition. Our young athletes look up to these high school players and coaches, and this collaboration helps unite our programs, strengthen our foundation, and build a clear pathway for the future.

Indian Bowl 2025

Clearwater Youth Football and Cheer proudly hosts the Indian Bowl at the end of each season. This exciting event gives our teams the opportunity to compete against programs they may not face during regular season play. The Indian Bowl brings an elevated level of competition, promotes healthy sportsmanship, and creates an unforgettable championship atmosphere. Our athletes especially love competing for championship and runner-up rings — a well-earned reward that makes the experience even more special.

6th grade attends first ever SCYFL Championship Game

The 6th grade team from Clearwater Youth Football and Cheer made program history as they competed in their first-ever SCYFL Championship Game at the stadium at Butler County Community College.

Taking the field under the lights was a moment these athletes will never forget. From the opening kickoff to the final whistle, the Indians played with heart, grit, and determination. Although they finished as second-place champions, they left everything on the field and proved they belonged on that big stage. It was truly one heck of a game.

This season was defined by teamwork, growth, and leadership. Congratulations to season MVPs Jack Pike and Trey Wisinger for their outstanding performances and commitment all year long. On the cheer side, Poppy McMillen and Chloe Titterington earned MVP honors for their dedication, spirit, and leadership in supporting the team every step of the way.

We are incredibly proud of this 6th grade group for setting the standard, representing our community with class, and showing what it means to be an Indian. The future is bright, and this championship appearance is just the beginning.
